Limitation of Liability: "CertoPlot acts as a high-fidelity data provider. All compliance determinations, regulatory filings, and commodities trading decisions derived from platform outputs remain the sole responsibility and legal liability of the user."

Data Integrity: "While our engine utilizes SAR-backed historical baselines and multi-spectral machine learning, data accuracy is subject to satellite sensor performance and atmospheric variables. CertoPlot provides the results of these models 'as-is' for the purpose of streamlining your internal verification pipelines."
